About the Founder: Masarrat Fakih. (a.k.a. Mona)
She started Allegiance Workmate in September 2000. She has an experience of over 25 years in the financial markets. She started her career in financial markets in 1995 with James Capel Batliwala and Karani.
Prior to which has also completed her Diploma in Textile Designing and in Fashion Designing from Sophia College. She has a Bachelors degree in Sociology from Mumbai University.
She is the 1st certified Transformational Coach in India from Evolving Wisdom, California
Besides her understanding of financial tools and processes, she also has a deep understanding of investor behavior which enables her to assist clients in transitioning tough times in the financial markets.
